【个人简介】

张慧,工学博士,2009年博士毕业于中国科学院自动化研究所计算机应用专业;2010-2017年在美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)脑与认知实验室(LBC)从事博士后研究,合作导师为美国科学院院士、视觉双通路理论提出者Ungerleider G. Leslie2017年入职北航。

主要研究方向

1. 基于认知机理的类脑计算模型的开发。构建大样本量图像数据库,优化多任务深度学习网络算法框架,开发更具通用性和自主性的人工智能识别系统。

2. 基于fMRI的灵长类视觉系统脑编、解码研究。在脑编码方面,研究视觉系统的多通路信息加工方式;在脑解码方面,开发基于脑机接口的预测和重建算法。

3. 基于人工智能技术的医学影像大数据分析方法研究,以辅助临床进行精准诊断和个体化诊疗决策。


【科研项目】

  1. 国家自然科学基金面上项目(32371152),“基于磁纳米粒子成像的灵长类脑认知功能研究”,生命学部,资助金额直接经费50万,2024年1月 ~ 2027年12月。在研,项目负责人。

  2. 国家自然科学基金面上项目(81871511),“基于fMRI神经信号的动态人脸重建”,医学部,资助金额直接经费57万,2019年1月 ~ 2022年12月。已完成,项目负责人。

  3. 国家自然科学基金青年基金(81000608),“精细空间尺度下的静息态功能脑网络分析方法研究”,资助金额20万,2011年1月 ~ 2013年12月,已完成。项目负责人。

  4. 校内医工卓越创新计划基金,“基于CT影像的新冠肺炎患者无创通气疗效评估与预测研究 ”,资助金额15万,执行年限:2020.03 ~ 2020.12,已完成。项目负责人。
