【研究领域】

主要研究方向为转化基因组学方案的开发,探寻及评估疾病发生、进展及治疗过程中的组织损伤或受累细胞群体,主要从两个层面开展:1)疾病损伤组织特征性甲基化改变与表观遗传重塑;2)基于外周血游离DNA基因组特征的组织来源追溯。
